I am a 1994 Georgia Tech grad considering grad school.  I have relocated to
the Philadelphia area and don't know the reputation of the local schools.
Can anyone give me advice about Civil Engineering (structural) graduate
programs at Drexel, Villanova, St. Jo's, Penn, Temple, Penn State branch
campus, or any others in the Philadelphia/suburban area. Who has the best
program??  Thanks!
