I just logged on again for 95-96, and I'm not sure what the debate is about regarding Septic waste and solutions for the 21st century. Having said that, I believe that an Eastern Canadian firm has alot of experience in this type of Civil-Environmental design and Management. I worked for them this summer: ADI Limited.
