If you are interested in browsing through a collection of 500+ links in Civil Engineering Area (especially Scandinavian and European) you are welcome to the Civil Engineering Library at Lund University! These collections have recently been both updated and changed a lot, so it will be easier, hopefully, for you to browse and find what you are interested in. There are brief descriptions included to the most of the sites, just to make it easier for you to choose.
