Could you share your experiences with us if you have been involved in
lining irrigation channels over very expansive soils. We are interested
in knowing the different solutions implemented, long term results and
current practice in your area.

We are dealing with the lining of an existing irrigation channel which
traverses zones of very expansive clays (average LL=100%, PI=70%,
Clay=60%). The first meter above the channel's bottom is very soft and
the underlying clay is very stiff.
