Subject: 3-D FEM Software for soil

Hi All
I am working on a research project in which I am studying structural
behaviour of buried pipelines under temperature variations. The task is
such that I need to carry out the 3-D analysis of the pipe-soil system. At
the moment I know only one FEM software, SMAP-3D, which can carry out 3D
soil - structure interaction analysis. Unfortunately this software does
not have tha option of defining temperature loading. Can anybody inform me
about some other FEM software which have following types of elements?
a) 3D soil elements ( characterized by Mohr-Coulomb Model)
b) Shell element to model pipe ( temperature loading option should be
available )
c) An interface element that could model friction and bonding/debonding
between pipe and soil elements
