I was the organizer of the Second East Asia-Pacific Conference on Structural Engineering and Construction (EASEC-2) in Chiang Mai, Thailand during 11-13 January 1989. I was also the Editor of the 2 volumes proceedings, where the paper appeared. While Dr. Ozawa spent his time at Asian Institute of Technology, we also taped the organized demonstration for the industry of his experimentation of this High Performance Concrete (Some body called it now, Self-Compacting Concrete). It showed how this HPC can self-compact itself into small openings without any vibrator. If you want a copy of the paper, please email to me your fax number so I can easily fax to you.
