Well, of course *we* think so, but then you're preaching to the choir:-)  Convincing the architects 
of the need will be a battle royale, though.

Require an adjunct to the AIA exams in seismic regions, something like California now requires for 
the PE exam.  But, again, getting the law to require that will require engineers to organize very 
effectively.
