To add to Keith's comments. I am also working on a large COE project. They are using the TI 809-04 which includes by reference NEHRP 1997 and AISC Seismic Provisions. All of my MathCad templates are now evolving from ASD to LRFD. Remember the full title of Dr. Strangelove. I have learned to like LRFD. ...It is not love yet, and I wax nostalgic for ASD.
