As mentioned in this string, if you are successful in removing the moisture quicker, you will stop the strengthening/curing of the concrete and end up with much less strong concrete. I believe you should concentrate on getting a membrane which is compatible with moisture staying in the concrete, or put it on last/change the critical path of construction. Stan Scholl, P.E.
