Here is my suggestion....

Determine the BIOS of your machine (displayed at bootup).....go to 
the web site of your BIOS manufacturer (if you have another 
machine to do it)....see if they have an up grade..if so...you can 
flash the BIOS...

Then again...I am not a computer guru...so...do at your own risk...
